How to Start a Program

To register to host EWGA Grads to Golf, you agree to enter into this agreement effective on the date entered below is by and between the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) and your College/University. This agreement sets forth our understanding as to the terms upon which EWGA offers the EWGA Grads to Golf program to your College/University, and upon which the College/University will execute the program.

College/University agrees to provide:

  • Payment of $250 program fee upon execution of this agreement to EWGA to secure program manual in 2017
  • Develop an implementation team
  • Identify donor(s) to secure program funding
  • Identify instructor to host program (deliver the golf instruction)
  • Determine program dates and market to students
  • Establish timeline for program delivery

EWGA agrees to provide:

  • Program manual to host EWGA Grads to Golf program including classroom presentations, curriculum and references
  • Electronic Student manual with classroom presentations
  • PR templates and suggested email copy to market the program
  • Use of EWGA and EWGA Grads to Golf logos for implementing and hosting the program
  • Support from program director at EWGA Headquarters
  • Ongoing updates and enhancements to program manual
  • One site visit to campus to by EWGA staff to help launch program
  • Participation of local EWGA Chapter office’s or representatives, where available

Upon completion of the program, EWGA will meet with you to review the execution of the program and capture learnings for future years. It is the intention of EWGA to continue to offer the program in future years at your College/University, and EWGA will offer a further agreement at the appropriate time. EWGA reserves the right to increase the program fee in subsequent years.

College/University acknowledges that the EWGA Grads to Golf name, trademarks and program manual are proprietary to EWGA and its licensor, and it will not utilize any such proprietary items following the execution of the program without the written consent of EWGA.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of the agreement and supersedes all prior understandings and/or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
